Current resident: Debora, 40-year-old Brazilian lawyer. Non-smoker, no dogs, organized, clean, and friendly.

Looking for: Someone of any age who is easy to live with, organized, and clean.

About the neighborhood: The apartment is in a prime location, just steps away from Trader Joe’s, pharmacies, and gyms, and only a 4-minute walk to the bus stop to Manhattan.
The neighborhood is beautiful, just a short walk to the Hudson River waterfront with spectacular views of Manhattan. The area has an incredible vibe and atmosphere, and everything is clean and well-kept.

About the apartment: There is no elevator. It’s up one flight of stairs (it’s not on the ground floor) There is a laundry room in the basement (though I personally prefer using a laundromat nearby because the machines are old and lack maintenance). In my opinion, that’s the only downside of the apartment, but everything else definitely makes up for it.
It’s an older building, but the apartment itself is in great condition.
