2 ROOMS AVAILABLE – 3BR / 2BA SOUTH HOBOKEN – DECEMBER/JANUARY MOVE-IN

Hey! I’m looking for two roommates to join me in my current 3BR / 2BA apartment in South Hoboken for a late December / early January move-in. I’ve lived here for almost two years and am staying in the apartment, with two rooms opening up.

LOCATION

The apartment is in South Hoboken, just a few minutes from the Hoboken PATH/Terminal, which makes commuting into Manhattan extremely easy. I commute to Midtown / Grand Central five days a week for work and am generally around 25–30 minutes door-to-door.

It’s also about a 5-minute walk to the waterfront/Pier A area and very close to Washington Street, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, groceries and everything downtown Hoboken has to offer.

THE APARTMENT

It’s a 3-bedroom / 2-full-bath apartment with great natural light throughout.

I’ll be staying in the primary bedroom, and the two available bedrooms are:

Bedroom 1: Bright room with a large balcony-facing window/door, great natural light and a walk-in closet
Bedroom 2: Middle bedroom with a walk-in closet and good natural light

The two available rooms would share the second full bathroom.

Apartment features include:

Private balcony
In-unit washer/dryer
Individual heating/AC units in each bedroom and the living room
Large kitchen with plenty of cabinet/counter space
Large refrigerator/freezer and newer dishwasher
Spacious living room/common area
Plenty of closet/storage space

The common areas are already mostly furnished, so an incoming roommate would mainly just need to furnish their own bedroom.

BUILDING / AMENITIES

The building is modern, well maintained and has responsive property management/maintenance.

Amenities include a full gym, Pelotons/treadmills/weights/machines, outdoor patio/lounge areas, grills, package room, additional laundry facilities for larger items and a multi-level parking garage.

RENT

The estimated total apartment cost is roughly $5,750–$5,800/month before utilities, split among the three roommates based on room size/layout.

I’m happy to share the expected rent for each individual room directly.

ABOUT ME

I’m 26 and work in commercial real estate in NYC. I’ve lived in Hoboken since 2022 and have been in this apartment for almost two years.

Outside of work, I’m pretty social and like playing golf, going to the gym, watching sports and hanging out with friends around Hoboken/NYC. On weekends I’m usually grabbing drinks/dinner, going out with friends or doing something around the city, but I’m equally fine having a chill weekend at home.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR

Ideally looking for other young professionals in a similar stage of life who are clean, responsible, easygoing and social.

I’d like the apartment to have a friendly dynamic — grabbing drinks, watching games, going out, hanging out around the apartment, etc. — while still being respectful during the workweek. Definitely social, but not looking for the apartment to be a constant party house.

Looking for people who have their own lives, communicate well, are financially responsible and keep the shared spaces reasonably clean.

I’m open to two individuals or two friends who already know each other.
