Hey everyone! I'm looking for 2 roommates to join me in my current 3BR / 2BA apartment in Hoboken for a late December / early January move-in. I've lived here for almost two years and am staying in the apartment, with two rooms opening up.

LOCATION
- Hoboken, on the south side, just a 2–3 minute walk to the PATH/Terminal
- ~5-minute walk to the waterfront/Pier A
- Close to Washington Street, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and groceries
- Easy commute into Manhattan/NYC

RENT & AVAILABLE ROOMS
- Bedroom 1 – ~$1,950/month: Bright room with direct access to the private balcony, great natural light and a walk-in closet
- Bedroom 2 – ~$1,850/month: Middle bedroom with good natural light and a walk-in closet
- Both rooms share the second full bathroom
- I'll be staying in the primary bedroom with my own bathroom
- Building amenity fee is already included in the above rent prices! This covers the full gym, outdoor patio/lounge, grills, firepit, common outdoor spaces and additional laundry facilities.
- Utilities and Wi-Fi are separate (roughly $70/month per person combined).

ABOUT ME
I'm 26, work in commercial real estate in NYC and have lived in Hoboken since 2022. I'm pretty social and into golf, the gym, sports, going out with friends, trying restaurants and exploring Hoboken/NYC. Also enjoy keeping things chill during the workweek.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
Ideally looking for other young professionals around my age who are clean, responsible, easygoing and social. Would love a friendly roommate dynamic where we can grab drinks, watch games, hang out and occasionally go out together, while still respecting everyone's space.

TIMELINE / NEXT STEPS

I'm actively speaking with potential roommates and looking to finalize both spots by end of October at the latest. Move-in would be late December / early January.
