Hi, I am looking for a new roommate in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at 85 Madison st Apt 5a.


The pics I added are from previous tenants from Zillow lol not current.

I am a financial advisor at JP Morgan, 28yr old male. I typically work weekdays 9-5pm in Manhattan.

Drink socially, keep the place fairly clean I would say. I am looking to decorate a bit more though.

My current roommate is moving out to move in with his girlfriend.

Lease is up Nov 1 and building management is looking for the replacement to go through application process asap.

Nice building overall, we have an elevator which isn't too common in Hoboken. Parking garage for 300/month is optional. each floor shares 1 washer and dryer
