Ideal roommate: Looking for a female, young professional, non-smoker. No pets are allowed. Preferred age range is mid to late 20s and early to mid thirties.

Timing: The year-long lease is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. There is flexibility to move in early since my current roommate is moving out mid-June.

About the Apartment: Located on the 3rd floor, this apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and central air conditioning. This apartment includes a small balcony with seating. It also has a Doorbird to easily buzz in packages from your phone no matter where you are. Room fits a queen bed.

Location: It’s located in southwest Hoboken (about a 15 minute walk to the PATH). It’s also near the 2nd street Lightrail station and is a block away from where you can catch the free Hoboken shuttle service to the PATH. A bus stop is also located nearby. The area is quiet and safe.

Costs: Rent is $1,850 per month plus utilities and wifi. There is a one-time move in fee of $250 and a one-time move out fee of $250. The landlords are great and don’t increase rent by much each year.
