Roommate needed, 4 person apt 13th Bloom Hoboken

Hello, I am Ivan a senior CS major at Stevens Institute with 2 other Stevens seniors and we had an incredibly busy semester so we struggled to pull a roommate from our campus unfortunately during that period to replace our graduating Senior. The security fee is only 250 per person and there is NO BROKER FEE. The price listed INCLUDES the price of ALL utilities like wifi, elec, etc. Kitchen is furnished and so is the bathroom and living room (TV, futon, couches, curtains, etc) but the bedroom will need an ac unit and bed, (we are fine chipping in for an ac and etc there anyway!). There is 1 1/2 bathrooms and the room has its own closet and is around 80 sq feet. Building has an elevator, garbage chute in a room in the hallway, laundry room, and apt is the 3rd floor. Also apt is right next to the 3rd to last bus stop from nyc on route 129 while also being 3 blocks away from the 13th st ferry. If interested contact me ASAP as the renewal of or lease comes at the END OF JUNE. If you require to have a pet at the apartment YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE PET INSURNACE as none of us have pets. You are welcome to invite friends but just inform the other roommates prior please. Also I had to include a picture of my seal don't ask.
