Hello everyone, my current roommate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to fill his room for the new lease starting June 15th. The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath with plenty of space, in unit washer/dryer, balcony with room for a couch and grill, and a private bathroom in the room itself. Rooms are on the opposite sides of the apartment as well. Parking comes with the apartment for additional cost (will not need it myself so it could be all yours) 4 floor walk up just 2 blocks away from the 9th street light rail.

$2300 a month plus utilities which varies depending on the month.

About me: 31 yr old male who works in TV production. Work hours are but all over the place but mostly nights in office. Occasionally will work from home with another job. Will mostly keep to myself, but friendly and will chat. Ideally looking for someone with a 9-5 office job but flexible.
