Current Roommates:
- Upper 20s/early 30s single straight guys
Both work from home with occasional trips to our respective offices for client meetings, etc..
-Likes sports, hosting friends, having a few beers at the bar, or taking trips down the shore, etc..
-Very outgoing and like to socialize and take advantage of the large space we have; while also keeping to ourselves from time to time
-Very neat and orderly (big house that was just renovated - we'll like to keep it that way)
Ideal Roommate:
-Mid-late 20s or early 30s male (open to females as well granted they're comfortable with the bathroom situation)
-Outgoing/sociable
-Has similar interests to us
-Very clean, professional, and pays on time
Ideally will be flexible with move-in being sometime in June, July or August. Sublease will run from move in date (to be discussed) to August 31, 2026 and new lease will be signed for a start date of September 1, 2026.
