Hi everyone! We’re moving into a new apartment and are looking for a third roommate to join us.

About us: 2 working professionals in our mid–late 20s friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. We keep things clean and value a peaceful, comfortable home environment.

Location perks: Bus stop right outside (126 to NYC). ~20 min walk to Hoboken PATH station Easy access to NYC and nearby areas.

We’re pretty chill, this is a place to come back, relax, and recharge after work. Friendly environment where everyone respects each other’s space but can also hang out occasionally.

We’re looking for a working professional. Someone who is clean, quiet, and respectful. Someone who treats the apartment like a home.
