Private room available in a Hoboken apartment shared with two women in our early 30s. We’re looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, and values a quiet and peaceful home environment.
The apartment has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where everyone is considerate of shared spaces and each other’s schedules. We’re social when it feels natural, but generally keep things low-key and appreciate having a calm place to come home to.
The lease is one year, and we are looking for someone who can move in by April 1st.
