My current roommate is moving out of our 2b1b in uptown Hoboken (12th street). As such I am a looking for a new roommate to move in April 1st.
Rent would likely be 1780 but could be negotiable (total monthly is 3360, but the vacant room is 1.5x in size compared to my room) - see attached pictures).
The only other expenses are internet/electricity, latter of which averages ~$60 monthly (total).
There are three washers and three dryers in the laundry room.
Room is on the 4th floor.
Trader Joe's and bus stops are within 1-2 blocks away, Shoprite 10 minute walk away.
