Its 4 blocks from the Path Train, NJ Transit and a bus that goes to the Port Authority. Your roommate will be a 28 y. o. Male who works in Jersey City. The rent is $1,700 and includes all utilities and a cleaning service except cable. Laundry is on premise. Males only. An interview and proof of employment are required before you will be considered. A security deposit of 1.5 months rent that will be held in escrow and the first months rent is required at the time of signing. It is available on March 1st.
