Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate to fill my spot in a lease for a 3 bedroom apartment in uptown Hoboken. My room is a spacious primary bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet! The apartment building is close to the 9th street light rail and Shop Rite. The building is great with a pool, outdoor space, gym, and more amenities.

You will be moving in with my awesome roommates who are mid-20s/early 30s who both commute into the city each week. Ideally, we would love it if you can be friends and hang out after work! My roommates love to watch Bravo/Love Island/Bachelor, dinner in Hoboken/the city, and work out classes.

The new lease term starts on November 27th and rent is ~$2,400 (usually an additional $100 for WiFi and utilities). I can be flexible with the move in date. Please reach out if interested or if you have any questions!!
