I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease that includes a large one bedroom with a connected patio/grill starting July 20 but I can flexible with date! It comes furnished with mirror, TV stand, mini fridge and bedframe.

The other roommates are working professionals and I often found myself alone in the apt most of the time. But when they are home, they often keep to themselves.

The location is great; 3 blocks from Hoboken Path, Organic super markets, hardware store, restaurants and bars everywhere within walking distance.
