We have 1 bedroom available in our 3BR/1Bath apt for June 1st move in. Monthly rent is $1225+ utilities. A security deposit of $967 is required for move-in. Our lease has flexibility and can be opted out with 60 day notice. You would sign on to the lease which ends Jan 31, 2027. The lease can be renewed by all tenants at term end.

About the apt:
Located at 5th/ Washington St in Hoboken. Wonderful location right on the main strip with many great restaurants, shops, etc. A block from the Riverfront; short walk to the Path; 126 NYC bus stops right in front of the apartment. There is a Washer+Dryer IN UNIT. Apartment is on the top floor of the building (3rd floor walk up). Bedroom receives plenty of sunlight and has a large closet.

About us:
You will be living with 2 professional males in their late twenties and early thirties. We are very clean and respectful. We are into sports, reading, cooking and going to restaurants in town. We generally keep to ourselves for the most part, but also hang in the living room from time to time. We are pretty low key during the week and out more on weekends, but do not bring the party back. We are pretty quiet at home and respectful of each other & our environment. Our ideal roommate is a male/female in mid-late twenties & early thirties who holds a similar mindset/lifestyle.
