Hi there! Looking for a female roommate to take over 1 bedroom. It has a closet and overhead storage.

The apartment is conveniently located in midtown Hoboken and is a 5mins walk to the closest bus stop to the city and a 15min walk to the Path train. It is also located within walking distance to several supermarkets like Trader Joe's, CVS, ACME, etc...

We also have a pizzeria on the corner!

The apartment has hardwood floors, in unit washer and dryer and central heating and AC.

You will share the apartment with two female roommates. One is a PhD student and me, a professional working with the UN. We keep the place clean and are looking for someone who will do the same.

This is a pet free apartment.
