Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease in Uptown Hoboken. It’s a great location just blocks away from Walgreens, Trader Joes and Kings! Just 2 blocks from the Waterfront with plenty of street parking if needed. 1 bedroom is available in a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom. There are 3 roommates living in the apartment, 23-28, who enjoy the occasional happy hour and Powerpoint night, but also respect if you want to keep to yourself 🙂
Rent: $1,020
Move in date flexible! (1st week of September at the latest)
Utilities: Split between the roommates — usually about $25 a month
Location: Uptown Hoboken
Easy commute to NYC: bus stop to the city 1 block away, 15-20 minute walk to the Path/Hoboken Terminal, ferry 3 blocks away
