We’ve got a bright, cozy room opening up in our spacious four-bedroom apartment right in the heart of vibrant Hoboken. The commute is a dream: the NYC bus stop is *literally* across the street, and the PATH is a quick five-minute stroll. 🚶‍♂️🚇

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy roommate who appreciates a peaceful space but is also down for the occasional hangout, wine night, or “we survived the week” moment. 🍷✨

One thing to note: we do live above a restaurant, so it can get a little lively at times — but your room is on the opposite side of the apartment, so you’ll be tucked away from most of the noise. 🙌

To help us plan, just share your work schedule and what days you’ll be WFH. The apartment has **two bathrooms**, so mornings run pretty smoothly. The vibe here is super chill and considerate — we keep things respectful, quiet-ish and always give a heads-up before having friends over.

Utilities-wise, we split WiFi and electric, which usually comes out to about **$100–$150/month**. You’ll need to be **LGBTQ+ friendly** (two of us are!) and, just a heads-up, no smoking or pets.
