Apartment is located in the heart of Hoboken. Large room that has THREE closets and big bay windows with a nice view of the neighborhood. It is large enough for a king size bed, a couch, desk, and dresser; with room to spare. It’s within a 10 minute walk of the New York Ferry at the 14th Street Terminal, a ten minute walk to the 9th Street Light Rail Station, and is conveniently located two blocks away from NJTransit bus service to NYC/Port Authority Terminal on Washington Street. It is also a convenient ten minute bus/bike/scooter ride to Hoboken PATH Station.
Trader Joe’s, Acme, and Shoprite all within reasonable walking distance. Fine restaurants and night life only blocks away.

We are looking for a roommate that is chill and down to earth, relatively quiet, respectful of others, and most importantly, neat and clean. One month security deposit necessary and proof of employment due at signing. Gas/Electric/WiFi not included; will be split three ways monthly. Kitchen and bathroom fully furnished, bedroom is not. No cigarettes please; management company’s rules.
