Roommate Wanted: A Comfortable Living Situation with Quality People

We are two quiet, clean, and professional single males in our thirties to late forties seeking a similar roommate for our great 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Hoboken, NJ. We maintain the common areas in a very nice condition and are looking for a clean person who can be a quiet, kind, and respectful adult to help keep the place clean. No pets, unfortunately. The apartment is located 2 blocks from the light rail and a 12-minute walk to the Hoboken Path. A rush hour bus picks up and drops off on Willow Avenue, which is about a 6-minute walk from the apartment. If you wanted to, you could also take the ferry, so there are many ways to get to NYC, Midtown, and downtown.

The apartment features a huge private backyard, which is accessed only by our apartment.. The bedroom is partially unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. The rent includes heat and hot water, and the electricity and wireless internet are all shared among the three roommates. We would also share a few incidentals like paper products, cleaning supplies, and maybe gas for a grill.

The apartment is an adult apartment, and we do not allow drugs, parties, sleepovers, smoking, or vaping of any kind in the apartment or in the backyard.

Also, only one person per room, and please, no foreign inquiries unless you can prove you are not a scammer.

We are looking for a one-year lease commitment that would start on November 1st. The room is available for $ 1,100.00 per month, with a space that can accommodate a queen bed, desk, dresser, and bookshelf if desired. Personalize the space how you wish. The room has a walk-in closet, and there is a new twin Bed, desk, and AC for sale if you want it.

The security deposit required is 1.5 times the rent of $1650.00. (1100.00 * 1.5)

At the end of the day, we appreciate a quiet, relaxing time at home with the understanding that we work from home most days. If you are looking for a comfortable living arrangement with kind, quality people who will allow you to do your thing, this is a great situation for you.
