Hello there! I'm looking to fill the 4th room 4 bed/1.5 bath in Hoboken. It's a 20 minute transit ride to Manhattan, and there's 5 grocery stores plus downtown Hoboken within walking distance. There is an elevator in the building, plus laundry is in the basement. The room is a 10x10. I've lived in this unit for a few years, and I have no issues with it. Point being, this is a great unit in a great neighborhood for a great price!

Note: The security deposit is 935 and there is a 100 app fee plus a 500 admin from the landlord if you're accepted.
