Two roommates looking for a third roommate in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment comes complete with a washer/dryer in unit, balcony, shared backyard, and wine fridge! The apartment also has central air conditioning and the common area/kitchen is completely furnished. All you need to furnish is your own bedroom! (A city parking garage is located a block away, if needed.)

You would be sharing a bathroom with one roommate.

ABOUT US:
We are professionals in our late thirties, working as a teacher and stock trader. We usually keep busy with work, but enjoy fitness classes, wine nights, and occasional movie nights in for fun. We are quiet and respectful of each other's spaces and overall pretty laidback.

ABOUT YOU:
-No smoking (cigarettes, vaping, weed)
-No drugs
-We love dogs, but no pets please.
-We love to go out, but please don't bring the party home.

Our move-in date is flexible for the right person!
