This is one of the best apartments there is! The best part by far in addition to the 1,500+ square feet and 2 awesome roommates is the 600+ square feet of additional outdoor space overlooking NYC!!

It’s the 16x12 huger Master BR which comes fully furnished -- King bed and frame, 2 night tables, standing desk, chair, oversized big chair, 2 dressers, TV, and more. The room was recarpeted and painted in July, while the private en suite bathroom was just totally renovated to new as well. I have to move for work starting December through March-May. The sublet is the Master BR in a luxury 24/7 doorman building, you can google: 77 Park Ave Hoboken and check out all the amenities and building features on the website. We are 4 blocks from the PATH (a 4 minute walk) then 10-minute train to NYC, the room itself is over 16x12 with NYC views, 2 big closets, en suite bathroom, and best of all, a huge connected outdoor patio. There is an on-site gym literally 3 doors down, the laundry is 1 level down and there is a parking garage on the lowest level if needed.

The roommates are easy-going professionals in their late-20's who are fun and go on out the town on the weekends, an occasional happy hour for football during the week, do a cook amount of cooking, but very respectful with finance and real estate jobs and typically head to the gym and bed early during the week. The living room is set up with 4 TVs as you'll see on the pictures, which makes for a fun sports environment. They would prefer someone like-minded. I am pretty flexible with start date, some time between Thanksgiving and New Years. The end date would most likely be the end of March/mid-May, but it may skew a few weeks one way or the other as we get closer and a better picture of the return date in a few months.
