Loft Bedroom Sublet- Looking to fill ASAP

Hi There!

I am moving out of my current apartment and am looking for someone to sublet for the last two months of my lease from 9/1-10/31 as soon as possible. If interested there is the option to renew the lease starting 11/1. Looking to fill this room as soon as possible as I am moving on 9/1.

Our apartment building is conveniently located in the middle of Hoboken! It's about a 20 min walk to the Path station or a 20 min commute on the bus into Manhattan with only a 5 min walk to the bus stop! Residential parking is also available for a small fee all throughout the city.

The room is a loft bedroom on the third floor of a 3-floor duplex. My two current roommates will be living there until the end of the lease, they work full time and are very easy-going and friendly! The loft itself is quite large with a large closet. It can fit a queen bed and several other pieces of furniture comfortably.

Preferably looking for someone who is working full time. The roommates are normally out during work hours and the end of the day are very chill and laid back. We all usually spend a majority of the night in our rooms. On weekends everyone tends to be out and about.
