Hi there! I'm looking for a female roommate to occupy a queen-sized room in a 3BR/1B apartment in the heart of Hoboken.
There is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop at Washington Street and 15 15-minute walk to the path train. Also, the apartment is located within walking distance to several supermarkets like Trader Joe's, CVS, ACME, etc... We also have a pizzeria just in the corner if you like a late-night snack!
The apartment is newly renovated with beautiful hardwood flooring, in-unit W/D, and central heat.
The room has 2 deep closets and attached storage, great for an art studio or office. The room will be furnished with a full-size bed, desk, and sofa. (Different from the furniture shown in the pictures) If you like a bright bedroom this is your ideal place as it has 3 east facing large windows.
You will share the apartment with two other female roommates. They are both graduate and doctorate students, very quiet and clean.

I'm moving out in a few days and need someone until my lease is up.
