Luxury Building- Bedroom available in 3 bed 2 bath

June 1st through July 1st move in.

The room is the "Bedroom 2", the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom with a flex 3rd bedroom and 2 bathrooms in a new, gorgeous luxury building. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom, and you would be sharing the bathroom with a 24 y. o female, who works a 9-5 job. Both roommates (second roommate is 26 y. o female) are young professionals, both very respectful of each others' space.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is available for an extra cost. The building is located on the corner of 9th and Monroe in Hoboken, safe and quiet area!!

There is a $1,000 deposit split between the 3 of us, which is refunded 30 days after move out. You would be responsible for 1/3 of the deposit, which is $333. You will also be repsonisble for $25 of the water bill. The price of the room with water is $1,309 a month + portion of utilities (cable/internet, PSE&G). Average PSE&G bill has been $60-70 for the whole unit! Current lease expires September 30th with an option to renew.

In unit features include hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The building has a shuttle to the path, a gym, outdoor deck, and pool. The light rail is directly behind the building, makes for a very easy commute if needed!
