I am looking for a clean, quiet, responsible, non-smoking female roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment in a quiet building in Hoboken starting July 1.

Please note: Cleanliness is very important to me. If you are not able to keep shared spaces clean and tidy, this is not the right fit.

The available bedroom has its own private half-bathroom (toilet and sink), so we would only share the full bathroom with the shower.

• Fireplace
• Laundry in the basement

The apartment is conveniently located just one block from Washington Street, with easy access to buses to NYC, restaurants, supermarkets, and only three blocks from the waterfront and park overlooking the Hudson River.

Rent: $1,458 per month, plus utilities.

The landlord requires:
• Proof of employment
• Security deposit
• Background check
• Credit check
• Lease signing

Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor of a walk-up building, so it may not be suitable for someone with mobility concerns.
