Large room with 4 closets near Grove st. PATH

The apartment is just a short walk to the 24 hour PATH subway, with many shops and restaurants along the way.
It takes up the ground floor of an apartment building and has a back door that leads to a private patio, with many plants and a barbecue grill.
The room has a large window that views to the front of the building. It has 4 large closets, with a storage area above each of the closets.
The dresser and chair in the photos, as well as a desk could come with the room if desired.
The room is 17 feet by 13 1/2 feet in size (234 square feet) and has a doorway to the main hallway of the building that can be used as a separate entrance to the apartment, or can be kept locked and used for additional space. There is an A/C unit mounted into the wall.

I am the one other resident of the apartment. I work full time at a shipping company, and am looking for a male renter who also works full time, and is responsible and low on drama. I am a Gen X dude who listens to Dub, post-hardcore and electronic music, and is into avant-garde art. Having things in common is good, but not crucial.
Gas/electric and wifi are included in the rent. Credit check and proof of employment required.
First/last month and 1/2 month security to move in.
I am looking for an October first move in, but am flexible if you want or need something earlier.
