Hi,

I am looking for someone to replace me in a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Jersey City downtown area because I am relocating to a new city. The place is located 7-minutes walk from the Grove St PATH station and pretty close to a lot of restaurants, bars and parks.

Available from September 7th, 2026.

We are looking for someone who is a working professional, clean, respects boundaries & privacy. The bedroom you are going to occupy will have an unattached bathroom to yourself.
You will be sharing the apartment with another roommate who has their own attached bathroom. The roommate is very kind, nice and fun to hang out with (known him for 4 years). Occasionally hosts anime night, game nights in the apartment which are so fun and you will get to meet awesome people and you are welcome to host stuff too. We keep the apartment clean and take turns with cleaning/trash chores.

It's in a very nice and walkable area and the apartment gets ample natural light.

Prefer a non-smoking resident.

Rent is 1560$ per month.
Security Deposit is 1600$
Utilities & Wifi are extra (Usually varies between 100$ to 150$ a month).
