Furnished Private Room in Downtown Duplex

I am renting a furnished private room in my unique downtown Jersey City Duplex. I live in an old carriage house on a corner lot facing the street. It’s an old building with tons of quirky charm and allows me space to grow a large garden. Because of the unique placement of this building, I am able to get tons of unobstructed sunlight. The bedroom is semi-furnished with a brand new queen sized bed and frame, nightstand, dresser, desk and chair, lamp, rug and wall mirror, and has two east facing windows. There is one shared bathroom. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the PATH train.
