Looking for roommate for (existing) Female owner

About the place:
The place is called Cobalt Lofts, in NJ, Harrison. It's an ~8 min walk from the PATH train. Nearby park is within walking distance. The area/place is very pet friendly however, there is a fee per pet. The place is a 1 bd, 1 br apartment, spacious living room, and kitchen. There is a washing/drying machine that's included. The building has amenities such as a swimming pool, rooftop for a place to invite guests or hangout, a game room (billards tables, darts, spaces for guests to play their own games). There is also a gym included (treadmills, free weights, smith machine, etc.). There is a lot of spaces where you can walk around or if working remotely, places to work other than your apartment. If you would like to have car parking, you would have to pay monthly for this service, but it is secured and in the building, unfortunately there is no free parking near the area. Walmart is nearby, about a 10 - 15 min car drive from the apt building.

About the Roommate:
I would be leaving the place as a primary lease owner and the other person would be staying (transferring them to primary owner). The person is a female of Asian Heritage (Chinese) in her high 20s. She is very clean and organized. She likes to spend her time playing piano, and doing activities outside. She does a lot of home cooking, but is willing to work with whoever in terms of sharing the kitchen on what's fair. They would like to have someone to go out with (preferably if they have a car, especially as it may benefit both for grocery shopping). She would have some furniture, but sharing furniture is not a problem as long as the person is neat and clean. Her work schedule is Hybrid, so she will go in office some days and work remote some days as well, no consistent schedule yet. She is very pet friendly as well in case you have a pet and would like to bring them. They do prefer a roommate with Asian heritage as well, however, she doesn't mind any other cultures as well as long as they are friendly and kind. Since I would be moving out, some furniture in the images would also be going with me so you'll have space for your own furniture.
