* Grove Street and Newport PATH stations are a 15-minute walk (or 5-minute Citi Bike ride).

•About your summer home•
The apartment is shared with one respectful roommate (software developer) who works in the office during the week, leaves early am, and is away many weekends. It’s an ideal setup if you appreciate a clean, peaceful home with plenty of privacy.

We keep the apartment tidy, quiet, and welcoming. An incredible professional cleaner comes every few weeks (included in the utilities).

Brand-new air conditioners in every room and incredible cross-ventilation keep the apartment surprisingly cool during New York summers.

Perfect if you work from home
A desk, ergonomic velvet chair, and dual monitors are available if you’d like to use them. The internet is exceptionally fast and reliable.

Thoughtfully equipped
