DJC Apt looking for new roommate

We are looking for a new roommate! Located near Hamilton Park in Jersey City 10ish min walk to the Grove st path. The room comes with a A/C unit and is big enough for a queen bed and full couch and has a private full bathroom. Around 11x12 feet. It's $1100 + utilities(including wifi) that max out at $100 a month average around $40 -60. Pets aren't allowed. The apartment is 3 floors with the first containing a full kitchen, living room, bathroom (that 2 roomates share) and a balcony. The 2nd floor is the majority of the rooms and where you will live. The 3rd floor has the final room plus a rooftop for us all. You'd be living with me a 32 black non binary amab anime & book nerd + two women both later 20's. One a Peruvian server who loves a drama, food adventures and acting. The other Black queer who loves the sims, a good animated flick and sociology.

We are looking for someone 26 or older.
