I have two rooms available for rent in Jersey City, located very close to the light rail for easy commuting.

This is a quiet, clean home. I’m a working professional and not around much, so I’m looking for roommates who are mature, respectful, and committed to keeping shared spaces clean.

I do have two friendly cats, so you should be comfortable living with pets. No additional pets are allowed.

Details:
• Large room: $800/month
• Small room: $600/month
• Utilities: $50/month
• Cleaning supplies: $25/month
• In-unit washer & dryer
• (Bonus) We somehow have 4 fridges, so you’ll have plenty of storage space
• You’ll need to set up your own mailbox

House Rules (must be strictly followed):
• No smoking inside the house
• No shoes in the house
• Must keep common areas clean at all times
• Please bring your own utensils, cookware, and plates
