The owners are a couple in their 50s and lives in the house, maintaining a peaceful and respectful home environment.

Available spaces:

• Furnished larger Bedroom $1400/month  

• Furnished smaller Bedroom-$1200/month 

The larger room on the second floor has a comfortable queen size bed, TV, fridge, microwave, AC, Dresser, full size wardrobe, study table, vacuum cleaner etc

The smaller room on the second floor has a queen size bed, two door wardrobe, AC, Tv, vacuum cleaner, and fridge/microwave/ additional storage cabinet next to the bedroom in the hallway. 

The hallway of the second floor is fully furnished and has sitting area and a toilet which has to be shared by both the tenants of the second floor.

On the second floor there is common toilet and seating area to be shared by tenants of second floor

The first floor toilet /shower needs to be shared by all the three tenants i. e by both the tenants of the second floor and the basement tenant. There is a separate area for dressing up and has a full length mirror.

There is a fully furnished living room in the basement having comfortable couches, large tv, dining table, fridge, microwave, laundry room, individial shoe racks to be commonly shared by all the three tenants.
