Apartment is located above a store, and we would prefer women only if possible. Couples are accepted but rent would increase by $150. Hoping for a respectable and understanding individual, or couple.
Room is smedium with one window and a closet. The window has a view of the backyard/fire escape area. Room is separated from the other two roommates to have a bit more privacy. Smoking is allowed. but only in your room or on the fire escape. Only utilities are electric and gas, we pay for everything else. Designated areas for personal items in every room!
Roommates are young college students, so we're comfortable with people who make noise, just not after 12. Pets are allowed but we already have 3 cats so hopefully you're not allergic.
Many stores nearby so won't you have to go far for a quick meal. You are free to use anything in the house that is in public spaces (Coffee machine, Couch, T. V, Gaming consoles. etc!), but food is OFF LIMITS or ASK only!
Were only asking for security deposit upon move in, rent due at the end of the month (negotiable!).
