We're looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom with a private bathroom starting March 1st, as our current roommate is moving out at the end of February. The lease runs until June 27th, with the potential to extend another year if it's a good fit for everyone.

Currently, two people share the second bedroom, and we live with two friendly dogs, so being comfortable with dogs is a must please. We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful, easygoing, and LGBT friendly. The apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer and is about 14-minute walk to Grove Path or Exchange Place Path.

There is a nice bed currently in the master bedroom, which can stay if the new roommate would like it, or be removed based on preference.
