I own and occupy a two family home located in Midtown Bayonne. I am looking for a roommate for the first floor. The apartment is 1200+ sq ft total, 3 BR/1Ba. My bedroom is on the opposite side of the apartment.

The available bedroom is a 200sqft master bedroom. It has two closets which provide ample amounts of space for clothing & storage. There is also a room in the center of the apartment to be used as a shared pantry & storage area.

There is a large yard and a washer/dryer in the basement (both floors have their own washers/dryers).

PSE&G and cable are separate from the $1200 rent but the total with them split between us would be roughly 1350-1400/ mo depending on the season.
