Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over my room for the remainder of my lease: March 1, 2026 through July 31, 2026, perfect if you’re looking for a short-term, low-stress living situation in a great building.

The apartment is a 2 bed / 2 bath, and you’d get your own spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet and a private ensuite bathroom (yes, actual privacy 🥹). The room is generously sized. I currently have a queen-size bed, large dresser with a TV on top, two nightstands, and a desk with room to spare. The bathroom includes a tub, large mirror, extra storage, and even a second door that leads directly into the kitchen/living area. Also it has an in-unit washer and dryer AND a dishwasher!

The building itself is a dream:

* 2 pools
* Two gyms
* Multiple coworking/workspaces
* Resident events throughout the year
* And more!

Location-wise, you’re in Bayonne, NJ, about 37 minutes from Manhattan. The light rail is a 6-minute walk and connects easily to the PATH train. And yes, it's technically free, which your wallet will appreciate.

Rent is $1,850/month, and that includes utilities and amenity fees, so no surprise bills popping up like uninvited guests.

Dogs are welcome 🐶 (no other animals, as your potential roommate already has a very small Yorkie).

You do not need to be added to the lease, just a simple roommate agreement for mutual protection and proof of income.
