There is a balcony and lots of on street parking plus express bus to downtown Manhattan or Journal Square and light rail within walking distance shopping and more.
A Huge park across the street with outdoor gym. We do have use of a backyard.
But with the new park across the street with basketball court, tennis court and baseball games who needs small yard.
There is laundry, tons off street parking easy commute.
Looking for short or long term
roommate that does not work

As long as your clean and don't bring the party home too often then we should get along.
