Hello I am looking to rent out by boys room as they now reside with their father. I have 2 bedroom apartment, this would be the smaller room.
2 dogs and cat in apartment. So dog and cat friendly is a must. Cannabis friendly, looking for a female or I would possibly be open to a couple. LGBTQ+ friendly.

“I am very easy going as long as the place is kept neat and respect and honest. It is just me and I have a sweet bully mix (looks intimidating but wouldn’t hurt a fly) ,a young chihuahua (all bark no bite) but he adjusts once he realizes everything’s“okay” lol. My cat Simba minds his own business. I am looking for better work now but am looking for help with rent as it is just me in the apartment now. I am 420 friendly as well but am respectful to the other person. I might be able to work with you budget wise I know being young adult in this world is hard🙂”
