Lakeview home with spare bedroom

I am looking for a non-drinking female roommate to rent a small room in my 4 bedroom Lakeview home. More pictures coming soon. You will have access to your room, the shared bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, backyard and basement. I also have a kayak you can borrow to use on the lake. My 17 year old daughter does stay here at times and she sometimes has friends over. I have a pug who sometimes has accidents in the house and I am responsible for cleaning up after him, but you need to be aware that this will happen from time to time. There is a shared bathroom, and I have a master bathroom in my bedroom. WiFi, water and sewer is included. We will split electric bills. I would like to share the cost of a monthly cleaner if you’re interested. The house does not have gas. I don’t have cable tv. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washer and dryer in basement. I am OK with one small dog or one cat as long as your pet gets along with my dog.
