Beautifully furnished bed & bath Mt Royal NJ

Three-story townhome in gorgeous Greenwich Crossing neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood, family, friendly, extremely safe area. F Pharmacist owned w one cat.
Parking is diagonal in auxiliary lot
First floor has entrance and laundry area with a bonus room for relaxing,
however I often foster kittens in this room. There is also a patio to enjoy.
Second floor has kitchen, dining, living room, office, half bath, and a huge lighted covered deck! You have your own fridge and pantry area / coffee bar.
Third floor has the master bedroom and bath, which I occupy. There are two spare bedrooms. A large larger one and a smaller one.
Bedroom for rent is the smaller one which has a full bed dresser 32 inch TV and a half size closet. It’s intended for a smaller person requiring a short stay. (larger room might be avail 1250)
Bed is dressed in luxury linens and you have multiple streaming platforms available on TV and WiFi
The private bath is right across from the bedroom and towels, etc. are provided. ( possibly shared if another tenant is agreed upon)
The house to set up like a B&B and that’s how it is run when I have a tenant.

I’m pretty flexible within reason so if you need something to be altered to make your stay more comfortable, I’d be happy to consider.
