Room Available for Female Roommate in West Orange

Hello! We are two faith-filled women looking for two more women to join us in our home in West Orange. We are an 8-minute train ride to the train into NYC and then just a 30-35-minute ride to Penn Station.

The house has parking, laundry, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster.

$800 rent includes a private bedroom, two shared bathrooms, and shared kitchen, living room, dining room, sunroom/office, and basement as well as all utilities and household essentials.

We sign a 12-month lease with our landlord. If you need to end the lease early, we ask that you help find another woman to replace your part of the lease.
