live with 2 Female only. No Pet. no couple.
Share kitchen and bathroom with 2 other ladies who works long hours.
Base rent of the room is $800. Water, hot water. Gas, electric and Wifi is included . Use of washer dryer in basement is $30 each month.
Winter Months ( Dec to April ) additional $50 for heating and hot water. ONE Person ONLY !

Tenant must make 3.25 X the rent monthly and provide employment and income verification and credit of 675 or above . Landlord's reference .
