I am looking for a female roommate to move into a studio space in my home. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and work full-time at Rutgers University - Newark.

I live in a two bedroom apartment located on Claremont Avenue, down the street from Verona Park. The house is very well located! Walking distance from numerous bus stops, Walgreens, plenty of restaurants and convenience stores.

The space available is a studio apartment in the attic of a four family home. Please see photos of the spaces, private and shared, in the listing online. Shared areas include the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and back yard.

The amenities included with the studio apartment are listed below:
- Shared washer and dryer in basement
- One off-street parking spot (in the back of the house) and plenty of street parking for guests
- AC unit and space heater included
- Large storage space in the attic available
- Cat friendly

COSTS:
Rent ($1,000) is due the 1st of every month.
Landlord pays for hot water, while tenants pay for heat and electricity. PSE&G bill ranges from $100-$150 per person, depending on the season and use. Due the 15th of every month.
Cost of WiFi is $52 per person, due the 15th of every month.
***In total, monthly rent and fees range from $1,150 - $1,200
The security deposit for the space ($1,200) is due upon move-in and will be returned upon move-out.
*** Total move-in amount = $2,200 (can be flexible)
