I’m looking for one roommate for a 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhouse-style condo in North Ironbound, Newark. The lease is being finalized now, and the room will be available pending landlord approval.

$1,200/month + 50% of gas, electric, and internet.
Unfurnished private bedroom
Dedicated full bathroom for your use (not en-suite, but not shared with another roommate)
Only two people total in the home. Another room is used by me and I won't get a new roommate for a 12-month lease.
In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, central AC, and generous shared living space
About 7–10 minutes’ walk to Newark Penn Station (I tested it); close to Ferry Street, Downtown Newark, NJIT, Rutgers–Newark, NJPAC, and Prudential Center
One gated parking space is included with the unit but will be used by me; a roommate with no car is preferred
No pets, no smoking or weed inside
August move-in; 12-month lease preferred; needs the approval of landlord.
