👥 Current Situation

I am looking for someone to take over my lease. Move-in is available immediately (flexible), and I am looking for someone who can stay until the end of the lease term.

The lease ends on September 23, 2026, with an option to renew.

This is a great option for anyone who feels a full 1-year studio lease is too much of a commitment.

There is no broker fee, but apartment management approval and screening will be required.

If the lease takeover goes smoothly, I will cover the water, gas, and Wi-Fi costs each month until the end of the lease (I can reimburse you in cash once you send me the receipts).

💰 Rent
• Rent: $2,175/month
• Amenity fee: $200 (please confirm with the leasing office)
• Water and gas: PSEG (negotiable)
• Internet: $50/month
• Renter’s insurance: $13.92/month (may vary)

Unlike what may be shown in the photos, the studio is now fully cleaned and ready for immediate move-in.
