Hi! My name is Jenny. I’m 34, a therapist, super friendly and work from home. I am seeking a roommate (girls and gays welcome) for my 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in a newly built building, in the Ironbound neighborhood of Newark, for January 1.
The rent is 1,400$ per month and I am seeking a roommate to fulfill a lease until November 30th, 2026.

The room available is furnished, with a dresser, TV, walk in closet and access to your own private bathroom. There is no laundry in unit, but there is laundry on each floor. Storage space is also available for luggage, winter coats, other personal items ect.

I am on a quiet, safe street that is a 4 block walk to Penn Station (8mins walk). There is no designated parking, but a parking permit can be provided upon request. Street parking is not guaranteed.

I’m clean, respectful, and low-key, and I value a calm and tidy home environment. I have a friendly cat, so someone pet-friendly is a must. Please DM me if you are interested in hearing more info.
