Hey, all. I am looking to fill 2 bedrooms in a 3-bd/2-ba Newark Ironbound apartment ($1,000/mo per room) for a 1-year lease. Rooms available as soon as July 1. Both rooms are currently open, so move in date can be flexible if your current lease requires.

I am a female mid-30’s teacher - tidy, respectful, hardworking, non-smoker. I work many hours in the day and look at home as a place of peace and rest. I am looking for roommates of a similar lifestyle and roughly similar age. Female-identifying roommates only. No smoking. No pets. This offer is meant for one person per room, not two people looking to share one room.

Apartment is the second floor of a three-floor house on a street about a five minute walk from Ferry St., 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Newark Penn for easy NYC commuting. Close to Rutgers Newark, NJIT, and Seton Hall Law. Also close to two parks and many great restaurants.

Apartment features a spacious living room, dining area, and an excellent kitchen. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The two available rooms share one full bathroom. Three closets in shared areas, in addition to a closet in each bedroom. Private washer/dryer in the basement. Hardwood floors, security system, and balcony. Shared areas are furnished (sofas, TV, kitchen table, etc) and kitchen has the usual (microwave, fridge, dishwasher).

Street parking is available for those who have cars.
