Hey :) We are looking for one clean, respectful female roommate to share our super spacious apartment with in East Orange, New Jersey. The commuter's dream to NYC or perfect for a student. The apartment is a second floor walk up and is located near all major public transportation. There is always street parking available as well.

-Cozy shared living room and eat-in kitchen
-Huge backyard perfect for relaxing, studying, or gardening
-Radiator heat (window A/C units welcome)
-Quiet, residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors

Near LA Fitness and Grocery Stores and NJ Transit.

I'm a young professional in the social justice sector. I'm respectful, friendly and clean after myself. We love a calm, welcoming home and are looking to share the apartment with likeminded women <3 If this sounds ideal, let's chat.
Bed + Desk and Night Stand provided.
Heat/Electricity is split evenly.

As this is an all-girl household, there is a strict male guest policy, 2 night maximum for overnights. No consecutive weeks for guest so that we are all able to maintain our safety and comfortability. Strict no smoking household.

Dog and Cat do live here but do not access shared spaces.
